Valley Care and Rehab is seeking an RN Nurse Manager to lead and support our nursing staff in a 35-bed skilled nursing facility. If you are passionate about long-term care, enjoy mentoring others, and want a positive, low-stress environment, this is the role for you.
Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- On-site
Pay & Benefits:
- $45.00–$53.89/hr DOE
- Loan reimbursement (no contract)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and schedule nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and labs
- Assist DON with audits and regulatory compliance
- Educate and mentor nursing staff, fostering teamwork and high-quality care
Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota RN license
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Positive attitude, compassionate, and collaborative
- Long-term care experience preferred
