- Minnesota CNA certification. Haven’t taken the class? No worries, we will pay for it!
- Caring demeanor, positive attitude, has a T.E.A.M outlook
- Able to take direction and collaborate well with lead nurse
- Have the physical ability to perform all cares
- Personal care functions including:
- Bathing (bed, tub, shower, or sponge bath)
- Skin Care
- Toileting (bedpan, urinal, commode and/or toilet)
- Grooming (nailcare, shaving, hair)
- Oral Hygiene (denture care)
- Assist with dressing and undressing
- Assist with feeding of residents
- Measuring and recording intake and output
- Assist in turning and position of residents
- Proper transfer techniques
- Demonstrates appropriate knowledge for safe use of medical equipment (walkers, Hoyer lift, etc)
$20.50 - $22.60 /hour - DOE
