Position Summary: Confidently communicate technical product support. The CSR is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by addressing technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge of products and manufacturing process.
- Determine correct product based off customer’s custom order requests.
- Provide technical product information and pricing to customer.
- Process orders from quote through to shipping and invoicing.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Provide solutions by answering and discussing alternate product options.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Serve as back up scheduler.
- Data entry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma required.
- Associates degree preferred.
- Experience in the cabinet or manufacturing industry and/or using cabinet design software would be a plus.
- 3 years of experience working in an office environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills including active listening, interpersonal skills, communication, complaint resolution, empathy, and positivity.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Confident.
- Analytical skills.
- Detail orientated.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere
- Ability to work independently.
- Expert in Microsoft office.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position including, but not be limited to the following:
- Office environment – use of office equipment including computer, telephone, copier/printer.
- Ability to sit at a computer for an extended period.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms.
- Frequently required to walk.
- Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm
Friday: 7am-1pm
