Valley Bus is hiring School Bus Paras in Fargo to support students on special needs and early childhood routes. This is meaningful part-time work for people who enjoy helping kids and want a schedule that leaves room for life outside work.
What We Offer
- Starting pay of $19.15 per hour, with yearly raises
- Approximately 15–17 hours per week
- Monday–Friday on school days, with weekends off
- Morning and afternoon shifts, leaving the middle of your day open
- Small student groups, typically 5–12 students per bus

What You’ll Do
You’ll work alongside your driver to help students travel safely and comfortably. Your responsibilities include:
- Helping students safely get on and off the bus
- Making sure seat belts, harnesses, and car seats are properly secured
- Assisting students who use wheelchairs alongside the driver
- Helping maintain a calm, positive, and supportive environment
- Communicating with your driver and working together to keep the route running smoothly

You don’t need to be a teacher or have years of experience working with children. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Patient, caring, and understanding
- Dependable and ready to show up for students each day
- Comfortable assisting with basic physical tasks
- A good communicator and team player
- Able to pass required background and drug screenings
