Qualifications:
§ High School Diploma necessary
§ 1-2 years of line cook experience in a professional fast-paced kitchen; including working on a hot line and grill.
§ Knowledge of cooking procedures, food-preparation, food-presentation, kitchen equipment, and safety rules
§ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a working in environment with time constraints.
§ Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written
§ Common sense and a superb work ethic
§ Ability to do repetitive work proficiently and quickly
§ Problem-solving skills
§ Friendly and happy and Flexible
§ High energy level and a high stress tolerance
§ Required to be on your feet, walking, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling throughout a shift (100% of time).
§ Lift 50 LBS

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
