Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Merchandiser to join our team in the Coastal Maine Area! As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the presentation of our diverse beverage portfolio within assigned retail accounts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective presentation and promotion of our beverages, including beer, wine, soft drinks, juices, water, and energy drinks.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and staff, becoming a trusted resource for product knowledge and brand information.
• Inspect the code dates while stocking shelves and rotate the product as required.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to always ensure availability of products.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized back stock area.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proven ability to maintain positive and professional interactions with retail partners and customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Interest in the beer/beverage industry.
• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift and move cases.
• Must be able to work weekends.
