- Portfolio management reporting.
- Perform financial analysis on credits.
- Assist and observe the commercial lending underwriting process.
- Assist the credit department on their annual review of commercial credits.
- Prepare cash flows, debt to income, and loan to value worksheets.
- Enter data for financial covenants.
- Financial Covenant review, input, and testing.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Problem solving skills.
- Displays a high level of confidentiality.
- High school diploma or GED and enrollment in a 2 or 4-year degree program.
- Enrollment in a 4-year college or university with a concentration in Economics, Finance, or Business preferred.
