Syndication Loans Specialist is responsible for working closely with the manager of the Loan Syndication Group, to meet the credit exposure levels mandated by Credit Risk Management with individual loans and affiliated group loans. Additionally, this position will service the needs of the Bank's commercial lenders and the criteria of the financial institutions who are the buyers of the Bank's loans.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Lead syndication strategy, structuring, negotiation and execution for club and syndicated transactions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, and other financial partners.
- Analyze deal terms, market trends, and investor appetite to optimize syndication outcomes. Educate prospects, clients and internal partners on same.
- Coordinate due diligence, documentation, and closing processes with legal, credit, portfolio, operations, and underwriting teams.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and clients regarding syndication opportunities and results, market conditions, and investor themes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide ongoing market intelligence to inform future syndication strategies.

- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Established network within the broader investor and banking communities.

- Master of Business Administration.
