Valley Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

Compensation
$35–$50 per hour commissions based on experience, licensing, and skill level
Experienced, licensed lead installers with the ability to independently manage high-quality residential installations will be considered at the top of the range.
What You'll Do
As a Lead HVAC Installer, you'll take ownership of residential HVAC installations from start to finish, including:
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, boilers, and related equipment
- Lead residential replacement and installation projects
- Complete electrical wiring, controls, piping, venting, and system start-ups
- Troubleshoot installation and equipment issues
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Lead and mentor helpers and apprentices
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional jobsites
What We're Looking For
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- Connecticut HVAC license required
- Strong installation, electrical, controls, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead installations and work independently
- Commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
