Duties

- Oversee merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing strategies, and product placement to maximize sales potential.
- Conduct employee orientation, training, and development sessions to enhance team performance and knowledge.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Support recruiting efforts by participating in interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, returns, and sales reporting while ensuring accuracy in payroll and bookkeeping processes.
