Vallee Health Repair is seeking a compassionate and motivated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team. Duties
- Perform patient assessments, medical histories, physical exams, and develop treatment plans in accordance with company protocols
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice
- Order, interpret, and review labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal guidelines & in accordance with company protocols
- Perform in-office procedures and injections and learn new procedures as needed (training provided)
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic medical record
Requirements
- Must be a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (all ages) in the state of Illinois with the ability to practice independently under Illinois regulations, including controlled substances
- Adhere to and follow all clinical protocols, policies, and procedures established by the clinic
- Complete all required onboarding, clinical, and specialty training as requested by clinic management
- Maintain active licensure, certifications, and continuing education as required by state and clinic standards
- Demonstrate professionalism, clinical accountability, and a team-oriented approach to patient care
- Collaborate closely with the entire team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and education for specialty services offered by the practice (training provided)
- Support growth of clinical services by learning and assisting with additional wellness, hormone, IV, or specialty treatments as trained
- Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Pay: From $110,000.00 per year
