Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, friendly, and dependable Shuttle Driver to provide transportation for wedding parties and guests between our venue and photography locations. This role is an important part of creating a smooth, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for our couples and their guests.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with different groups of people, has a professional and welcoming demeanor, and can adapt to changing schedules and the needs of each wedding party.
Responsibilities
- Safely and professionally transport wedding parties and groups to and from the venue for photographs and other scheduled activities.
- Provide a warm, welcoming experience for couples, wedding parties, families, and guests.
- Help guests get organized and comfortably situated before departing.
- Assist and adjust as needed to accommodate different groups, schedules, and circumstances.
- Communicate clearly with wedding parties about transportation timing and general event timelines.
- Answer basic questions about where groups need to be and when they need to return.
- Maintain a calm, positive, and professional attitude, even when schedules change or events become busy.
- Work closely with venue staff and wedding coordinators to keep transportation running smoothly.
- Be flexible and willing to accommodate reasonable changes or unexpected needs throughout the event.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable shuttle vehicle.
- Follow all applicable driving and safety requirements.

Schedule & Availability
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. Hours will vary depending on the number of weddings and events scheduled each weekend.
Most shifts will take place on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons and will generally be a few hours at a time. Some weekends may have more events and therefore require additional availability, while other weekends may have fewer hours.

Pay: $13.00 per hour
