Job Description
Responsibilities include answering inbound calls and assists customers who may require an appointment, process medication prior authorizations, outbound referrals or have particular inquires/questions about services Valle del Sol offers. Other duties include general clerical and administrative duties and handling incoming e-fax from external customers received by phone, email, or fax and scanning applicable documents into patients’ electronic health record.
Job Qualifications
Level I (entry to 1 year) $18.50/hour
Level II (1-3 years) $18.50-$20.00/hour
Level III (3 years) $20.00-$21.50/hour

Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Graduation and diploma/GED from high school
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities in an effective and organized fashion
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive services
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must possess reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Must maintain current BLS certification
- Covid 19 Vaccination or Qualified Exemption (Religious or Medical).
- TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire
- Vaccinations/Titer’s Test/Declination Form: Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella
