As the Trading Team Manager, you will be fully accountable for leading and developing a high-performing team of traders to scale out business, solve complex problems, and drive measurable business outcomes aligned with the firm’s strategy. This role requires the ability to operate autonomously, maximize the potential of your team, and strategically partner across the organization. You will report directly to the Head of Trading.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience level: minimum 2 years experience managing teams is a requirement. We are looking for a candidate who can operate as an Independent Manager and Trusted Leader, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple trading desks with little supervision and take full accountability for team outcomes.
- Clear and Purposeful Communication Skills that will elevate core concerns, create alignment, and drive results.
- Market experience: Experience at a market making firm is highly desired. (Experience in options market making is not required)
- Cross-Functional Acumen: Proven experience collaborating with Quants, Data Scientists, Applied Scientists, and Developers to collaborate on strategy and project execution.

Salary : $195,000 - $225,000
