As Therapy Manager, you will:
- Lead and oversee daily therapy operations, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy services
- Guide evaluations, treatment planning, and individualized care delivery for participants
- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize participant outcomes
- Provide leadership, mentorship, coaching, and performance management for therapy staff
- Ensure compliance with all clinical documentation, regulatory, and quality standards
- Manage departmental productivity, operational performance, and resource utilization
- Partner with contracted therapy vendors and external providers
- Participate in leadership initiatives, committees, and administrative on-call rotation
- Help foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and participant-centered care
- Current Oklahoma licensure (or licensure eligibility) as a:
- PT, OT, PTA, or COTA
- Current CPR certification
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Operational mindset with the ability to balance clinical excellence and departmental performance
- Experience in rehabilitation, geriatric care, post-acute care, or interdisciplinary healthcare settings preferred
- Passion for serving older adults through innovative, person-centered care
