Qualifications:Job Summary:
Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (pursuant to the laws of the state), the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) assists in patient evaluation, treatment planning and implementation.
Education, Licenses, Certifications and Experience:
- At least one year experience working with the frail elderly population
- Current Licensed COTA or licensure eligible in the State of Oklahoma
- Current CPR Certification required
