About the Role
Validity is hiring a Marketing Specialist to own the execution of our webinar and in-person event programs, while also supporting broader campaign execution across email, paid, and content channels. This role sits on our Growth & Lifecycle Marketing team, reporting to the Demand Generation Manager. Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager on strategy, you’ll help keep every touchpoint - from webinar registration email to lead nurtures – aligned to the team’s campaign themes and goals.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a B2B, SaaS organization who thrives owning both event execution and multi-channel campaign support.

Position Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Support
- Assist the Demand Generation Manager in executing integrated campaigns across email, paid, and web - coordinating with the teams building emails and landing pages, QA'ing links and tracking, and aligning launch timing across channels.
- Help maintain the campaign calendar, ensuring event promotion and always-on campaign sends don't collide or cannibalize send volume.
- Support campaign asset coordination with Content and Brand (briefs, copy edits, asset requests) to keep event and campaign creative consistent with theme.
- Occasionally support content, testing, or lead-routing tweaks in Qualified, our website chatbot platform, as needed.
- Partner with Marketing Ops on campaign logistics, using Salesforce knowledge to support report & campaign builds, lead follow-up, and tracking.
Webinars
- Partner with the Growth & Lifecycle team to shape webinar strategy and topics, keeping messaging aligned with broader campaign themes.
- Lead pre-event promotion across email, paid, and social channels.
- Manage event set-up and execution using platforms such as Zoom and Wistia.
- Own post-event follow-up, including drafting and coordinating marketing emails and building Outreach sequences for the Sales team.
In-Person Events/Trade Shows
- Partner with the Demand Generation Manager on event strategy and selection, keeping messaging aligned with broader campaign themes.
- Partner with the Demand Gen Manager to maintain and track the trade show budget.
- Lead pre-event promotion across email, paid, and social channels.
- Travel to in-person events as needed to support on-site execution. Manage event set-up and on-site execution.
- Own post-event follow-up, including drafting and coordinating marketing emails and building Outreach sequences for the Sales team.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics across webinars, trade shows, and broader campaigns - including registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline generated vs. influenced.
- Partner with the Demand Generation Manager to maintain dashboards and reports that show event ROI and inform future event strategy.
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to the Demand Generation Manager, using data to identify what's working and where to adjust.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
- Experience executing or supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid, and web.
- Experience running or supporting marketing events (webinars and/or in-person), from planning through follow-up.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom and Wistia.
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to review and draft marketing emails and sales outreach sequences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across channels simultaneously.
- Ability to travel as needed for in-person events.
- Strong collaborator, comfortable working closely with Sales stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), or a similar marketing automation/CRM platform.
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Prior trade show or in-person event experience.
- Experience with chatbot or conversational marketing tools.
- Experience working with a Sales team to build outreach cadences (e.g., in Outreach or a similar sales engagement platform).
- Familiarity with Tableau (or similar reporting tools)
Base salary range of $70,000 - $85,0000 plus benefits, bonus opportunities, and stock options. Final salary may vary depending on skills, location, and/or experience.
