About the Role

Validity is hiring a Marketing Specialist to own the execution of our webinar and in-person event programs, while also supporting broader campaign execution across email, paid, and content channels. This role sits on our Growth & Lifecycle Marketing team, reporting to the Demand Generation Manager. Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager on strategy, you’ll help keep every touchpoint - from webinar registration email to lead nurtures – aligned to the team’s campaign themes and goals.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a B2B, SaaS organization who thrives owning both event execution and multi-channel campaign support.

  • Growth-Minded and Team-Oriented - Consistently pushes to develop their own skills while contributing to the team's collective success.
  • Intellectual Curiosity - A strong desire to learn and understand and ask thoughtful questions.
  • Critical strategic thinking - The ability to find and synthesize information, apply logic to problems, and quickly analyze information to provide a recommendation.
  • Coachability - You are humble, acknowledge strengths and weaknesses, and take feedback well.
  • Self-starter - You can work independently and with a team as necessary to execute against deadlines.
  • You have a passion for creating events and experiences that drive real pipeline.
  • Curious about and comfortable adopting AI tools to work smarter and move faster.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Support

  • Assist the Demand Generation Manager in executing integrated campaigns across email, paid, and web - coordinating with the teams building emails and landing pages, QA'ing links and tracking, and aligning launch timing across channels.
  • Help maintain the campaign calendar, ensuring event promotion and always-on campaign sends don't collide or cannibalize send volume.
  • Support campaign asset coordination with Content and Brand (briefs, copy edits, asset requests) to keep event and campaign creative consistent with theme.
  • Occasionally support content, testing, or lead-routing tweaks in Qualified, our website chatbot platform, as needed.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops on campaign logistics, using Salesforce knowledge to support report & campaign builds, lead follow-up, and tracking.

Webinars

  • Partner with the Growth & Lifecycle team to shape webinar strategy and topics, keeping messaging aligned with broader campaign themes.
  • Lead pre-event promotion across email, paid, and social channels.
  • Manage event set-up and execution using platforms such as Zoom and Wistia.
  • Own post-event follow-up, including drafting and coordinating marketing emails and building Outreach sequences for the Sales team.

In-Person Events/Trade Shows

  • Partner with the Demand Generation Manager on event strategy and selection, keeping messaging aligned with broader campaign themes.
  • Partner with the Demand Gen Manager to maintain and track the trade show budget.
  • Lead pre-event promotion across email, paid, and social channels.
  • Travel to in-person events as needed to support on-site execution. Manage event set-up and on-site execution.
  • Own post-event follow-up, including drafting and coordinating marketing emails and building Outreach sequences for the Sales team.

Reporting and Performance Tracking

  • Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics across webinars, trade shows, and broader campaigns - including registration, attendance, engagement, and pipeline generated vs. influenced.
  • Partner with the Demand Generation Manager to maintain dashboards and reports that show event ROI and inform future event strategy.
  • Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to the Demand Generation Manager, using data to identify what's working and where to adjust.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education

  • Experience executing or supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, paid, and web.
  • Experience running or supporting marketing events (webinars and/or in-person), from planning through follow-up.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms such as Zoom and Wistia.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to review and draft marketing emails and sales outreach sequences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across channels simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel as needed for in-person events.
  • Strong collaborator, comfortable working closely with Sales stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), or a similar marketing automation/CRM platform.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Prior trade show or in-person event experience.
  • Experience with chatbot or conversational marketing tools.
  • Experience working with a Sales team to build outreach cadences (e.g., in Outreach or a similar sales engagement platform).
