Schedule:
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (3 weeks)
- After training: 8-hour shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday–Friday
About the Role
We’re looking for a Member Customer Advocate to join our healthcare call center team in Temple, TX.
You’ll be the first point of contact for members who need help with their insurance benefits, payments, or account information. Your goal is to deliver friendly, accurate, and professional support on every call.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound member calls regarding benefits, billing, and coverage.
- Explain plan details clearly and accurately.
- Update and verify member information in the system.
- Document all interactions with clear notes.
- Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and performance standards.

Qualifications
