Location: Temple, TX (On-site — must live nearby)
Duration: 3-month contract with potential for full-time hire
Start Date: Targeted for December 1, 2025

Schedule:

  • Training: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (3 weeks)
  • After training: 8-hour shifts between 7 AM – 7 PM, Monday–Friday

About the Role

We’re looking for a Member Customer Advocate to join our healthcare call center team in Temple, TX.
You’ll be the first point of contact for members who need help with their insurance benefits, payments, or account information. Your goal is to deliver friendly, accurate, and professional support on every call.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls regarding benefits, billing, and coverage.
  • Explain plan details clearly and accurately.
  • Update and verify member information in the system.
  • Document all interactions with clear notes.
  • Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and performance standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer and typing skills; able to multitask efficiently.
  • Patience and empathy when assisting members.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Entry-level; prior customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
