- Senior Metrology Technician
Location: Rockville, MD
Summary
The Senior Metrology Technician performs and coordinates calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for instrumentation used in pharmaceutical manufacturing and laboratory environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform calibrations of process and laboratory instruments.
- Execute troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Review calibration documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Support investigations related to out-of-tolerance conditions.
- Mentor junior technicians.
- Maintain calibration records and work orders.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 5 years of metrology or calibration experience.
- Experience with pressure, temperature, flow, level, and analytical instrumentation.
- Knowledge of GMP environments.
- Strong documentation skills.
