Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and daily execution to ensure milestones are met.
- Drive cross-functional coordination by running project meetings, resolving roadblocks, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
- Own RAID management—identifying and tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and leading mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
- Enforce change control processes, assessing scope impacts, securing approvals, and keeping all change documentation accurate and communicated.
- Apply consistent project management methodologies, maintain high-quality documentation and KPI reporting, and support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on project management experience, preferably within a PMO or other structured project environment.
- Prior experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations and managing complex, large-scale project timelines.
- Background applying process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma), including governance, resource management, and structured reporting.
- Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies and working with MS Project or similar tools for planning and execution.
- Proven history managing risk, overseeing change control, and delivering projects with strong attention to operational requirements and detail.
