Summary
The Metrology Program Manager is responsible for the overall management of calibration and metrology services supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing, laboratory, utility, and facility systems. The role oversees program performance, KPI achievement, compliance, staffing, client communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage site metrology and calibration operations.
- Lead client meetings and governance reviews.
- Monitor KPIs, compliance metrics, and service performance.
- Coordinate resources, schedules, and workload priorities.
- Support audits, inspections, deviations, and investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and company procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience.
- 3 years managing metrology or maintenance programs.
- Experience with GMP environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
