Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Regulatory Licensing Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our company’s regulatory standing, ensuring timely submissions of license applications, renewals and reports in alignment with each jurisdiction’s specific requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, a keen interest in regulatory compliance, and experience in or exposure to the gaming industry (especially within Native American tribal gaming authorities and state gaming commissions).
Will consider remote candidates with gaming industry licensing experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
- Application Preparation and Submission: Preparing, reviewing, and submitting new and renewal license applications for the company, its products, key personnel, and vendors across various state and tribal jurisdictions.
- Documentation Management: Organizing and coordinating the collection of confidential documentation, including employee personal information, background checks, fingerprinting, financial records, and technical descriptions of gaming systems.
- Liaison with Regulators: Serving as a point of contact with regulators and licensing authorities.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of all license filings and related correspondence and preparing regular reports for submission to leadership and regulatory agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Public Policy Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Prior experience in licensing, compliance, or a regulatory role within the gaming or another highly regulated industry.
- MS Office (Fluent)
- 1-2 years of Licensing experience in the gaming industry.
- Familiarity with licensing in tribal and major state jurisdictions.
- Experience with tribal regulatory frameworks.
- Notary Public
