Responsibilities
- Stay current with advancements in AI technology and their business applications.
- Collaborate with leaders across departments to uncover workflow gaps and turn them into opportunities.
- Champion organizational adoption by fostering education, enablement, and hands‑on learning.
- Experiment with models, APIs, and emerging tools to find practical, impactful uses.
- Build and implement AI solutions that elevate teams, accelerate processes, and enhance products.
- Align all initiatives with strategic priorities in partnership with R&D Leadership, ensuring scalability and long‑term value.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, instilling confidence and capability in others to harness AI effectively.
- Strong communication skills with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), APIs, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying large language models and other AI systems in development and production.
- Practical experience with data pipelines, MLOps practices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicate trade-offs clearly.
- 3 years of experience in applied AI/ML engineering, with a track record of delivering production-ready systems.
- Demonstrated resourcefulness and innovation in solving complex technical and organizational problems.
