As our customer base grows, we are actively seeing Customer Representatives to join our team and support our sales pipeline and post-sales service operations. You’ll play a key role in making sure our customers feel confident, informed, and well-cared for at every step – from quote to installation and beyond. You will support customers and internal sales teams across the full lifecycle of each account – from initial contact and quoting to onboarding and long-term account maintenance. You’ll help ensure every order is accurate, every question answered, and every service activation is a win for the customer. You’ll act as the key point of contact between customers and clientele, helping us deliver seamless customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, engaging with them directly to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Assist in creating and revising sales presentations designed to highlight the features and benefits of available products to specific customer needs
- Educate customers on service capabilities, equipment needs, pricing and billing policies, and account features directly
- Relay customer feedback and common pain points to senior sales team members and management to identify areas for improvement
- Maintain professionalism at all times when with customers to ensure a good overall brand and company image
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree or coursework is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers
- Strong attention to detail, able to multitask multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Customer Representative Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time, W-4 employee
- Pay Structure: Hourly base pay plus commission
- Pay Schedule: Weekly
- Base Pay: $15–$18 per hour
- Commission: Earn additional pay for qualifying wireless, internet, and accessory sales. Average earnings range from $45,000-55,000 per year including the hourly base pay.
- Work Location: 100% in-store, face-to-face with customers at a partnered AT&T retail location
- Product(s) Sold: AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, accessories, and AT&T Fiber internet services
