Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Consultant located in Allen, TX. The Leasing Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, handling lease administration, addressing resident inquiries, promoting resident retention, and ensuring an exceptional customer service experience. The role requires effective communication with residents and prospects and supports the team in achieving leasing and occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lease Administration and Leasing processes
- Strong skills in Resident Retention and fostering relationships with residents
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities effectively, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with property management software and tools is desirable
- Prior experience in residential property management is an asset but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
