Valiant Products, a leader in hotel furnishings, is seeking experienced Inside Sales Rep to meet the significant demand for hotel renovations. We provide everything from furniture and carpet to lighting, seating, window coverings, and artwork, and we need hungry, motivated individuals excited to become experts in our field.
What You'll Do:
- Become a hotel FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) expert by collaborating with sales management, diving into brand specifications, and working with diverse manufacturers.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using Valiant's CRM system.
- Drive opportunities to close by mastering and applying Valiant's proven 7-step closing system.
- Work from our office, Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.
- A strong phone presence with a natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- A team-player mentality who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- A proven sales drive and understanding of what it takes to succeed.
- A "no quit" attitude with the skill to anticipate and overcome objections.
- The ability to strategically discover and qualify prospect needs through insightful questioning and attentive listening.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks effectively and prioritize time.
