Warehouse Associate – Valiant Paris

Location: Miami Beach (In-person)
Pay: $17-19/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Valiant Paris Fashion is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Stockroom Associate to support our South Beach operations. This position focuses on receiving and organizing merchandise, maintaining accurate inventory, preparing merchandise for the retail store, and assisting with merchandising needs.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment, can stay organized while handling multiple tasks, and is physically able to move boxes of merchandise throughout the building.

This is a physically active position. The office/stockroom is located on the 3rd floor. The ability to safely carry boxes up and down three flights of stairs is an essential requirement of the position.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, open, organize, and process incoming merchandise shipments
• Move boxes and merchandise from the ground floor to the 3rd-floor stockroom/office
• Move merchandise back down to the ground floor as needed
• Handle approximately 3–4 boxes of incoming merchandise per day, with volume varying based on shipments
• Lift, carry, and move boxes throughout the workday
• Organize and maintain merchandise in the stockroom
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to retail locations
• Insert sensors and apply labels/pricing to merchandise
• Assist with merchandising and product organization for the retail store
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock records
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock checks
• Update inventory information as needed
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
• Support the retail team with inventory and merchandising needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom and work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational goals

Requirements

• Previous stockroom, warehouse, inventory, retail, or merchandising experience preferred
• Experience working with inventory systems or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes throughout the shift
• Ability to safely carry boxes up and down three flights of stairs
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
• Strong English communication skills are required, as training and daily communication are conducted in English

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Ability to lift and move boxes of merchandise
• Ability to carry merchandise between the ground floor and 3rd floor using stairs
• Elevator is currently unavailable, so stair access is required
• Ability to safely perform the physical duties of the position throughout the workday

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
