Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Tactical Analysis Facility Senior Military Analyst will provide the necessary technical and tactical expertise across all Army Warfighting Functions (WfF) to support:
- JPMRC Exercise planning and execution
- Data collection in support of After Action Reviews (AAR) and Take-Home Packages (THP)
- Teaching/coaching/mentoring JPMRC rotational units and staffs
- JPMRC Strategic Planning
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Four years relevant training experience within the past ten years
- Demonstrated operator level experience in Army MCS
- Demonstrated experience in distributed simulations
- Demonstrated familiarity with Army and Joint doctrine and operations
- Experience with the integration of feedback from MCS CTC-IS systems, and LVC-G exercises, and direct feedback from OC/Ts
- A minimum of five years supervising operational analysis
- A minimum of five years' experience supervising the construction of of Platoon, Company, Task Force, and Brigade AARs
- MEL 4 required
- Bachelors' degree
- Proficient in the use of MS Office products
- Possess a Secret Security Clearance
Salary : $104,000 - $150,000
