Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Configuring case quantity sheets for technicians to build MILES transit cases for issue to incoming Rotational Training Units (RTU).
- Data input and filing to provide accurate accountability and visibility on all MILES equipment.
- Preparing documentation for the issue and receipt of MILES equipment.
- Clerical tasks that include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Documentation of individual training files;
- Maintenance of employee records;
- Verification of accuracy of daily employee sign-in sheets; accuracy of work scheduling;
- Preparation of routine office correspondence and briefing materials.
- Individual performs other duties consistent with this DOL occupational specialty and work requirements as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
