What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide position at Valiant Home Care?
Valiant Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides to provide non-medical care services for our clients. Responsibilities include homemaker, companion, and personal care, as well as unskilled respite services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care, including bed baths
Provide homemaking services such as light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist clients with mobility, including the use of a Hoyer lift (training provided after 90 days)
Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check
Reliable transportation
Availability to work part-time
Experience in home care is a plus, but not required
