Position Overview:
As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for service scheduling, fuel delivery orders, and general account support. Your role will focus on customer care and ensuring that every inquiry is resolved with accuracy, empathy, and follow-through. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commission incentives for upselling additional services or protection plans that enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally regarding service and fuel delivery
· Provide accurate information and solutions while maintaining a friendly, customer-first attitude
· Schedule service appointments and process fuel orders, collect payments and provide solutions to customer inquiries
· Document customer interactions thoroughly and ensure proper follow-up on open issues
· Build trust with customers by demonstrating care and ownership of their concerns
· Identify opportunities to upsell products, service plans, or fuel delivery programs
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve performance goals
Qualifications:
· Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not required
· Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Empathy, patience, and a true desire to help others
· Goal-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for upselling opportunities
· Bilingual preferred
