What You'll Do
- Identify and connect with property owners and investors seeking management services
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and referral partners
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and digital campaigns
- Present Valiant Group's property management services confidently
- Analyze properties for fit and profitability
- Develop and execute growth strategies with the marketing team
- Represent Valiant at community and real estate events
- Experience in sales, business development, or real estate
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, organized, and goal-driven
- Familiarity with property management or investment (preferred)
- Base salary Commission
- Full-Time, Monday-Friday schedule with stability and growth potential.
