What You'll Do
- Greet prospective residents, build rapport, and deliver an excellent leasing experience.
- Conduct professional property tours and highlight unit features and community amenities.
- Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Process rental applications, verify income/background information, and prepare lease documents.
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and renewals with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Maintain unit availability, pricing, and listing accuracy across all platforms.
- Work closely with the property management team to meet occupancy and retention goals.
- Assist with resident engagement activities and community events as needed.
- 1 year of experience in leasing, residential property management, or sales (required).
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a professional, polished demeanor.
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with property management software; AppFolio experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a quality resident experience.
- $18-$20 per hour commission
- Full-time, W-2 position with consistent scheduling
