What You'll Do
- Greet prospective residents and answer basic leasing questions
- Conduct property and unit tours in a friendly, professional manner
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with rental applications, paperwork, and lease preparation
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and scheduling with the leasing team
- Keep unit availability and listing information up to date
- Support resident events and community activities as needed
- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new systems and software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compensation & Benefits
- $18-$20 per hour commission - Make up to $75k per year
