What You'll Do
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform month-end and year-end closings and reconciliations.
- Manage journal entries and general ledger activity.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and variances.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments on financial insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 years of accounting experience (CPA or pursuing CPA a plus).
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly.
- Competitive Pay:
- $55,000-$60,000/year, based on experience.
