Opportunities available across multiple Dallas-area apartment communities.
Requirements
- Experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
- Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- EPA (refrigerant, transition, and recovery certification).
- Own a basic set of hand tools.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general service requests
- Reliable and safety-focused
Make Ready candidates should have experience with unit turns, painting, drywall repair, and general punch work.
Groundskeepers should have experience with property upkeep, curb appeal, and basic maintenance support.
