Valiant Branch Incorporated is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Experience and Marketing Sales Associate. This full-time, in-person opportunity is designed for individuals interested in developing their communication, customer relations, sales, and leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in established retail environments.
Our team supports customer engagement, product and service education, promotional activities, and customer-facing operations for nationally recognized brands. Paid training is provided for qualified candidates, and individuals interested in long-term professional development can participate in ongoing coaching and management training.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in established retail locations and provide professional customer support.
- Educate customers on applicable products, services, and promotions.
- Support customer engagement, account activations, or service enrollments when applicable to the assigned role.
- Represent Valiant and our retail partners professionally.
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings.
- Follow company and retail partner procedures and guidelines.
- Develop sales, communication, and self-management skills through hands-on experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing retail environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts.
- Customer service or retail experience is helpful but not required.
