We are hiring a full-time Patient Care Coordinator in Aurora.

This is not a dead-end front desk job.

You will learn the entire patient visit, including patient communication, room setup, sterilization, X-rays, doctor support, scheduling, payments, and visit flow.

This is an entry-level healthcare career track for someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and become more valuable over time.

The growth path

Start:

Learn patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, forms, payments, phones, room setup and turnover, sterilization, dental instruments, X-rays, and basic doctor/team support.

Next:

Own the patient visit from beginning to end. Learn patient handoffs, insurance conversations, treatment scheduling, clinical flow, procedure setups, and doctor/team communication.

Then:

Build higher-value healthcare skills: treatment coordination, procedure support, advanced patient communication, expanded assisting skills where legally permitted, and leadership.

Target:

High performers can build toward $25-$30 /hr and beyond by mastering real skills, not by waiting years.

Growth is expected here. If you want to stay entry-level, this is probably not the right fit.

What you'll do:

• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable
• Guide patients through their visit from beginning to end
• Prepare and turn over patient rooms
• Learn sterilization and infection-control workflows
• Learn to take dental X-rays with proper training
• Learn dental instruments, materials, and procedure setups
• Support doctors and teammates during patient care
• Help with scheduling, forms, payments, and visit flow
• Communicate with patients, doctors, assistants, and support teams
• Learn dental operations from the ground up
• Use systems, checklists, and modern tools to help the office run smoothly
