Valhalla Tactical is a premier FFL-7 / SOT-2 manufacturer. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Content Specialist to become the voice and visual identity of our brand.

We don’t just build hardware; we build a community. We need someone who lives and breathes content, understands the nuances of the 2A community, and wants to grow into a leadership role within a fast-paced, veteran-friendly environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Your main mission is to capture the Valhalla lifestyle and engage our audience:

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality photos and video (Reels/Shorts/TikToks) that showcase our products, mission, and the tactical lifestyle.
• Platform Management: Grow and manage our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Community Engagement: Build real relationships. Reply to DMs/comments, engage with the gun community, and keep the vibe professional yet authentic.
• Influencer Collaboration: Coordinate with partners for major product drops, launches, and campaigns.
• Field Work: Plan and attend off-site range days or industry events to capture raw, engaging marketing material.
• Analytics: Track what hits and what flops, then pivot your strategy based on the data.
• Occasional travel (1–2 times a year) for industry events.

The "Multi-Hat" Bonus

While content is your priority, we are a lean team. It’s a huge plus if you’re willing to get your hands dirty in other areas of the shop when needed:

• Assisting with QC or packaging during big product launches.
• Basic desktop publishing or documentation for new releases.

Required Qualifications

• Detail Oriented: Demonstrate this by telling us your favorite ice cream flavor in your application.
• 2A Supporter: Deep respect for the Second Amendment is non-negotiable.
• Self-Starter: You must be able to manage your own production schedule without someone hovering over your shoulder.
• Technical Literacy: High School Diploma/GED 5 years of work experience (or equivalent portfolio of work).
• Social Savvy: Proven experience managing brand social media and creating engaging video content.
• Reliability: Positive attitude, professional etiquette, and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Niche Experience: Prior experience in the firearms or tactical industry.
• Technical Skills: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere/Photoshop) or high-end mobile editing apps.
• Bonus Skills: Any experience with CAD/CAM, CNC operation, or logistics is a massive "fast-track" advantage.
