- Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, components, and finished products in accordance with safety protocols.
- Operate power tools and hand tools to support assembly, mechanical tasks, and equipment maintenance.
- Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and quality standards are met.
- Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies.
- Read and interpret documents, work orders, and technical specifications accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer standards while maintaining high safety standards.
Qualifications
- Prior construction, painting, and maintenance experience required.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments.
- Strong understanding of safety standards in construction environments, including safety protocol adherence and heavy lifting techniques.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical documentation clearly.
