Training Specialist

The Training Assistant position supports both the HR Business Partner and the EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) department. Responsibilities include assisting with employee training and development, managing administrative tasks, and supporting various projects. The role also involves helping ensure compliance with safety regulations and providing administrative support for EHS-related activities.

Job Duties Include:

• Conduct written and verbal training
• Organize and track training in LMS, Excel worksheets, and Matrix platform
• Coordinate and organize training with multiple departments
• Assist EHS with weekly and monthly training
• Assist EHS with tracking of plantwide PPE
• Organize, scan and maintain all employees’ training records
• Create PowerPoint training material
• Assist HR and EHS with projects as needed
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent, 2-year degree in Administration, Business, HR, EHS or similar field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong Organization Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with multiple different levels of employees
• 1 or more years of work experience in a manufacturing environment
