About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine coverage (flexible schedule). The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of urgent care, primary care and peptides/weight loss cases remotely. Most patient encounters involve non-emergent, outpatient-level issues such as: Musculoskeletal injuries (sprains, strains, minor trauma) Upper and lower respiratory infections (URI, sinusitis, bronchitis) Urinary tract infections (UTI) Medication refills and management Lifestyle and wellness consultations (e.g., erectile dysfunction, sleep health) GLP-1s and other peptides modalitiesKey Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate virtual medical consultations for patients across multiple states. Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within the scope of telemedicine. Document all patient encounters thoroughly in the EMR system. Prescribe medications and order diagnostics when appropriate. Adhere to all federal and state regulations and telemedicine best practices.RequirementsQualifications: Completion of a Family Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution. Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Active medical licenses in 20 states (20 licensure highly preferred). Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience certification (telemedicine experience strongly preferred).Obesity medicine or peptide knowledge highly preferred. BenefitsCompensation: $150/hr variable compensation pending patient encountersHours: 7pm-7am EST (4pm-4am PST). Preference of 4 hours or more per shift. Flexible amount of shifts per week. Available openings for additional daytime coverage shifts.
