Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance our quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a strong background in quality management systems, project management, and a thorough understanding of QA/QC methodologies.
Valex Corp is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join its Quality team in Round Rock, TX. As the department's management representative, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of the Valex quality system and the quality of its products. You will ensure all incoming material is qualified and conforms to specifications prior to shipment. You will support the sales department with complaints associated with material returns and other quality issues. You will execute all company policies, procedures, and workbench instructions as set for by Valex Corp. You will responsible for and/or perform all other functions needed to assure that our internal departments and customers are adequately supported by the quality department.
The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree in a complimentary field and at least three years' experience as a Quality Manager. Experience in the Semiconductor industry, especially in the area of Ultra High Purity products is a big plus. You must be proficient in MS Suite, proficient in HTML (preferred, not required), and have effective written and verbal communication skills. You must also be able to travel when needed and be comfortable working under deadlines. This is an exempt position with an annual salary range of $115-$125k per year depending on experience. You will also be included in the company's incentive plan.
Sign-on Bonus:
$1,000.00 After successfully completing your 90-Day probation period.
