Our mission is to make the process professional, organized, and efficient to deliver a guest-centered experience. We service Southern CA and Northeast FL, but are growing rapidly. This role can be someone that either lives in CA or FL, it will be hybrid.
Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, handling budgetary tasks, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating and supervising staff, performing analytical tasks, and implementing operational strategies to achieve organizational goals and maintain client satisfaction.
The Director of Operations must be able to work Saturdays as this is the busiest day in our industry.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills
- Proven Team Management abilities
- Experience with tech platforms such as Sling, Slack, Hubspot, Quickbooks, Dropbox
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
