Valet Parking Manager

Position Overview:

The Valet Attendant Manager works as a hands-on valet attendant while overseeing on-site operations and ensuring that all attendants follow company policies and maintain professional service standards. This role serves as the main point of contact between management and valet staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all regular valet attendant duties including greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, and maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
• Supervise valet attendants during shifts to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company rules and safety procedures.
• Act as the on-site liaison between Valet Mystic management and attendants, communicating updates, feedback, and any issues that arise.
• Monitor punctuality, performance, and conduct of valet staff, reporting directly to management.
• Ensure the valet area is organized, clean, and properly set up at the start of each shift.
• Assist with training new attendants and reinforcing company expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Complete shift reports or daily summaries for management, including attendance, incidents, or operational notes.
• Help enforce key control procedures and maintain accountability for all parked vehicles.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a valet attendant (preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.46 - $27.05 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
