We are seeking a motivated individual who would be interested in learning the essential principles of management, including optimizing customer service, managing employees, and operating and maintaining a car wash. You would learn the key responsibilities of a Site Manager including:
· Performing safety checks & preventative maintenance on all equipment
· Monitoring and maintaining chemical usage and supplies
· Managing and developing a successful Valet Auto Wash team
· Must have a willingness to work and desire to learn
· Must be a team player and able to plan ahead and multitask
· Must be able to effectively self-manage their time and manage others
· Must have good communication and customer service skills
· Weekend availability and ability to work varying shifts per week is necessary
· A mechanical inclination & knowledge about car wash machinery is a plus
· Experience with heavy machinery, hydraulics, & minor electrical is preferred.
