The Role

We are seeking a polished, highly organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced, high-demand salon environment.

This role is critical to the daily flow of the salon and requires strong judgment, efficiency, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and manage clients with a high level of service and awareness
• Handle phones, emails, and appointment scheduling across multiple departments
• Coordinate stylist schedules and manage last-minute changes
• Process payments and maintain front desk organization
• Support overall salon flow to ensure a seamless client experience

Compensation & Benefits

Seasonal Requirement

During the summer months, this role includes travel to Bridgehampton up to 4 days per week.
