- This position is a one year position and requires 30 hours per week *
- Support the Manager in day to day operations of all logistic activities including order processing, material handling, warehousing and transportation
- Be involved in data analysis, documentation management and improvement projects within the department
- Provide administrative support for various logistic processes such as order processing, inventory control and material handling
- Analyze data related to shipments, deliveries and transportation costs to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Assist in maintaining records and documents related to logistics activities
- Support special projects and initiatives within the logistics department
- Participate in meetings and discussions with team members to stay updated on current issues and future plans
- Be in Senior status or recently graduated from college with a BA/BS with a degree or concentration in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Proficiency in Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
