About The Role~

As a Projects Trainee, you will provide operational support to one or more projects by fully or partially taking over specific project management tasks assigned by the Project Manager. You will have involvement with budget tracking, financial reporting, and more.

Seeking a recent graduate who is available to start as soon as possible and work on a full-time basis, year-round. This role is also open to current student's who have the availability to work year-round.

Responsibilities Also Include~

• Project starting phase that includes support in~
• Creation of Project handbook & Communication plan execution
• SLI-R setup
• Complete setup of L1 & L2 schedules
• Project Kickoff organization
• Data Protection & Export control
• Project execution phase that includes support in~
• Clean Project Plan status tracking
• Change Request Management
• Budget tracking (internal hours & costs)
• Schedule monitoring
  
  

What You Should Have~

• You are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field or a current student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.
