The position is: Wednesday 1AM - 7AM, Thursday - Saturday 7PM - 7AM
What You Will Do
- You will be responsible for managing and supervising Production Associates and other hourly personnel on (what we call) D Shift
- You will supervise approximately 52 hourly Associates
- On a daily basis, you will manage absenteeism, safety rules enforcement, environmental risk analysis, and performance of Associates
- You will manage daily productions goals to ensure the production goals are met
- You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
- You have 3 years of experience in Production Supervision or Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
