- This position is on Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:30PM - 7AM *
- Ensure that safety rules for maintenance activities (such as LOTO procedure) are known and applied by its team
- Ensure maintenance tasks are done, respecting Maintenance KPIs targets in its perimeter
- Train and mentor Mechanical Technicians and Electrical Technicians in automated equipment repair
- Prepare the scheduled maintenance tasks, ensuring communication to the Maintenance team
- Be responsible for induction of all newcomers in their areas
- Ensure the organization and scheduling of training actions so that they are aware of all the procedures, tools and standards
- Ensure that their team is trained to Line QRQC, Maintenance QRQC, Maintenance 5 WHYs, red tags use, and that they understand what they have to do and when
- Manage daily: absenteeism, holidays, safety rules enforcement, environment risk analysis, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure that standards of reaction are applied with rigor and perform escalation according to standards
- Follow up main objectives in monthly meetings with his/her team
- Conduct annual appraisals, as well as salary reviews
- Ensure enforcement of health, safety, environmental and site rules in its perimeter, and that anybody entering
- Ensure existence of updated maintenance work instructions for his/her perimeter
- You preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, but experience in lieu of education will be considered
- You have 3 years of experience in Maintenance Supervision for a high-speed manufacturing company
- Prior or current experience as a Maintenance Technician in a high-speed automated facility
